How Does a Strategy Session Work?

  1. Purchase a Strategy Session here. (Pack of 5 sessions available at a discount.)

  2. After you purchase, you’ll receive a questionnaire asking you about your business and what your current struggles and questions are.

  3. Given the answers to your questions, I will do any research necessary and/or put together any resources I think will best help you and come prepared to your Zoom call with answers to your questions to make the best use out of our time together.

  4. If you’re not sure what questions to ask, that’s ok too! You can just get on Zoom and start an organic conversation about where you’re at and where you’d like to go. I love guiding those types of conversations – one of my favorite things to do is hold space for and brainstorm with clients.

 

 
 

How Do You Know if a Strategy Session is Right For You?

If you have questions about the actual running of your business (think systems, platforms, websites, the back-end tech stuff, finding team members to help you, etc.), a Strategy Session is right for you!

Here are some questions or situations that can be addressed during a Strategy Session:

  • I want to launch a new product or service but I’m not sure how to automate it.

  • I would love someone to walk through a specific tool or tech task with me!

  • Do I need a website? And if so, what should go on it?

How Do You Know if a Strategy Session is Not Right For You?

If you have questions surrounding large-scale business planning or strategy, this service is not a fit for you.

Here are some types of questions that are NOT right for a BizMagic Strategy Session:

  • Specific marketing questions (I am not trained in marketing, so while I can offer some general best practices and explanations of different marketing strategies and how they work, I will not be able to outline a marketing strategy for you, but I will be able to point you in the direction of people who do along with other resources!)

  • Offer creation

  • Financial strategy

  • Long-term business planning

  • Tax questions
