Who We Are and How We Work (for you)!
While BizMagic LLC was started as a solopreneur venture by Patti Meyer, it has excitingly grown into a team of women all coming together each with our own special skills and talents and the same desire to help other solopreneurs and entrepreneurs excel in their businesses!
The team is led by Founder and CEO, Patti Meyer; supported by Client Managers, Adriana, Dawn, Megan, Meghan, and Varalaxmi; and all tasks executed by the entire team, depending on where their strongest skills lay. This structure ensures that you not only feel like you are the only (or at least most important) BizMagic client, but that you also receive the best support as each of your business’ needs are assessed and delegated for the best and most efficient results!

Patti: CEO & Founder
INFJ-A | Kolbe A: 7-5-3-5 | Enneagram 2
Currently living in Frisco, Texas (though from San Francisco, her heart’s home), Patti spends the majority of her time working on BizMagic (not only because it’s her baby and dream business, but also because she’s a serious business and tech nerd and loves what she does). She excels at the back-end tech of businesses, especially platform set-up and website design and gets the most excited when she has the opportunity to do higher-level brainstorming and business strategy sessions with BizMagic’s clients.
When Patti’s not working on her business, she is snuggling and playing with her two sweet kitties (Woodrow and Lucy, who are guaranteed to make occasional Zoom meeting appearances), making anything she can (crocheted items, jewelry, tea, candles, tasty food, etc.), and doing some tv show bingeing. Adriana
OPERATIONS MANAGER & CLIENT MANAGER
Kolbe A: 7-7-2-4
With BizMagic since April 2020Adriana resides in New Jersey, and as a Client Manager with BizMagic, she works directly with BizMagic clients to make sure they have all of the support they need and all of their tasks and projects are delegated throughout the BizMagic team in the most optimal way! She also is a whiz at graphic design, research, and keeping administration humming.
Adriana is a former high school English teacher and loves to binge watch tv shows. When she feels like being outdoorsey, hiking is her go to! But Adriana describes herself mostly as a house cat who loves the comfort of home.

Dawn
CLIENT MANAGER
Kolbe A: 8-7-2-4; Enneagram 1
With BizMagic since June 2022Dawn is an East Coast girl at heart. She has lived in Maryland, Virginia, Florida and now resides in North Carolina! Dawn has over 25 years of business experience, from owning her own businesses, to working in the corporate world as a Chief Operating Officer. She has a love for all things business, specifically operations management. She believes that businesses are like a puzzle that you just have to fit all the pieces together, no one being more important than the other. When all the pieces are in place, you have a beautiful vision in front of you.
When she’s not at work, you will find Dawn writing, journaling, and spending time with her family. Favorite activities include playing board games, escape rooms, or taking in a movie. She also loves hitting the Farmers Market for fresh fruits and vegetables (she’s vegetarian), and trying out new herbs and teas. You may also find her out and about with her kids exploring new restaurants, walking her Australian Shepherd, or cuddling with her cats.

Katelynn
CLIENT MANAGER & BUSINESS ASSISTANT
With BizMagic since February 2021Katelyn was born and raised in Minnesota and is new to the BizMagic team. She recently moved back from North Carolina, after 8 years, while her husband served his country. While she is new to the VA world, she loves a challenge and learning new things. The tasks Katelyn enjoys are creating graphics on Canva, scheduling social media for clients, and any other admin work that needs to get done, while dipping her toe into Tech VA work.
When she is not working for BizMagic you can find her chasing after her two-year-old daughter, Avery, doing some crafts on the Cricut, or doing any outdoor activity. Hiking and gardening are her favorites! She also enjoys cooking up something delicious for her family!

Megan
CLIENT MANAGER
Enneagram 9
With BizMagic since December 2020Coming straight from New Hampshire, Megan has been with BizMagic for two years, growing her skills and upping her game on a regular basis! Not only is Megan a virtual pro, but prior to her time the VA world, Megan had been in hospitality management for many years and enjoys social media, research, graphic design, and administrative organization.
Southern California born and raised, when Megan is not working you can find her chasing around her daughter Elizabeth (5), crafting, or reading a book. Her family loves to spend their weekends road tripping around gorgeous New England.

Meghan
CLIENT MANAGER & DEDICATED VA
Kolbe A: 8-6-1-6; Enneagram 1
With BizMagic since December 2022Meghan strives for endless efficiency, outstanding organization, and serious systematization. She believes that asking questions, understanding all of the moving parts, collaborating, and continuous growth is key to forward momentum.
Meghan loves to explore and get outside. She enjoys traveling and experiencing the local culture. Netflix, reading, and puzzling are just a few more ways she spends her time.

Varalaxmi
CLIENT MANAGER
With BizMagic since June 2020Varalaxmi lives in New Jersey and is a certified Digital Business Manager. Some of her top and favorite skills that she brings to the table are back-end tech and systems along with video editing and social media scheduling.
Outside of her tech and operations work, Varalaxmi is a full time mom who also loves adventures and traveling. Her best so far has been skydiving in Long Island and Sea Walking in Bali. She was brought up in a city called Mumbai in India and she loves eating and cooking Indian Food. In her free time, you will find her meditating, reading books, or finding new Indian recipes on youtube.

Brian
FRACTIONAL CFO
Brian is a Multi-Unit Operations Leader with decades of experience in leading business operations with a detailed eye on the importance of numbers. In his most recent role as District Customer Service Manager, Brian led direct employee and leadership training, people processes, as well as business analysis and the continuous improvement of customer-focused operations and programs to drive sales and service culture across a district of up to 24 stores and their individual profit centers supporting annual revenues of $120MM.
When not busy taking businesses to the next level, Brian can be found living in Frisco, TX, diligently preparing for his annual Halloween spectaculars, watching football, and spending time with his wife, two children, and golden doodle.

Abby
DIGITAL COPY VA
With BizMagic since October 2023Abby joins BizMagic from Atlanta, Georgia, where the bustling city life has introduced her to good eats and an abundance of traffic. Although new to the copywriting world, Abby’s passion for creativity and storytelling has always been present. She loves connecting with her audience to build a relationship, while also focusing on the details to make sure her writing is personalized to the reader. Abby strives to make a difference in the world, one word at a time.
Outside of work, Abby loves to be active, whether that’s hitting the gym, playing soccer, or going for long, peaceful walks. When she’s not out and about, Abby loves the comfort of her own home. She can never get enough of cuddling up with her two sweet kitties and a hot cup of coffee, reading a page-turning mystery book, or lighting fall-scented candles.

Ameena
COPYWRITER & TECH VA
With BizMagic since May 2023Meet Ameena, pronounced as “uh-meen-uh”. Ameena’s a creative strategist specializing in supporting solopreneurs. While her background primarily revolves around the pet industry, she’s also ventured into various other sectors. What drives her is the fusion of her creative flair with technical expertise to propel businesses to new heights.
When she’s not immersed in work, you can find her enjoying quality time with her amazing family. She has a wonderful husband, and they share their lives with four lovable dogs and two adorable cats. During her downtime, she also loves tuning into inspiring podcasts that broaden her horizons.

Keriann
CONTENT MANAGER & MARKETING ASSISTANT
With BizMagic since July 2022Keriann joins BizMagic from the Finger Lakes area of New York State. Keriann got her start in online business as a holistic health coach, where she managed her own website, blog, and email list. After learning more about digital marketing, she decided to transition from coaching to becoming a virtual assistant, so she can support other business owners and spread their message. She is now a marketing VA who loves copywriting and creating content for BizMagic’s clients!
Outside of the digital world, Keriann spends her time camping, hiking, and paddling with her border collie Maple, practicing yoga, and cooking new recipes. Working with BizMagic’s team has been a blast so far!

Lucy
TECH & WORDPRESS VA
With BizMagic since September 2020Joining the BizMagic team from Bulgaria, Lucy is BizMagic’s star copywriter and WordPress expert. She not only writes beautiful content from scratch, but she repurposes content like nobody’s business, making her an ace at creating fabulous content for our clients to use in their blogs, newsletters, social media posts, or on their websites.
Lucy is a mother of two children (3&4), so multitasking and prioritization come naturally to her. In her free time, you will find her reading a book, playing with the kids, or writing some code or some copy. She loves the sound of the beach waves and a big mug of latte!

Meg
GENERAL VA
With BizMagic since July 2022Megan joins BizMagic from Houston, Texas. She has worked in the hospitality/event industry for over 10 years, but has left the office life behind in 2020 and hasn't looked back. She loves to be able to jump into a variety of different projects with clients and learn new skills and tools as she goes.
Outside of work, you can find her on a plane traveling to new destinations, exploring new cities and new foods! Or at home, snuggling on the couch with her puppy and two cats and binge watching the latest drama series on Netflix.

Rimshah
GENERAL VA
With BizMagic since August 2022All the way from Canada, Rimshah is our newest Client Manager! She is passionate about expanding her knowledge, sharing ideas, getting creative, and of course, helping others.
Throughout her career, from sales to copywriting to virtual assistance, Rimshah has always aimed to go above and beyond to make her clients happy with her work!
When she is not glued to her screen working and dabbling on Canva, Rimshah hits the gym and is engrossed in a show/movie. She also enjoys ice skating and swimming!
Rimshah believes in working hard but in the right direction!

With BizMagic since April 2024Coming from the vibrant city under the sun Nairobi, Risper is excited to bring her tech-savvy skills and passion for business support to the BizMagic team.
She is adept at leveraging technology to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. Whether managing calendars, building marketing funnels, or tackling technical challenges, she tackles each task with care and skill, ensuring every detail is right.
When she's not busy with tech stuff, Risper enjoys spending time with her family, soaking up every happy moment. She loves being with them whether they're out exploring or just relaxing at home. Plus, she's a total beach lover and can't resist a good piece of chocolate. Oh, and she's also quite the chef in the kitchen, whipping up delicious meals for her loved ones to enjoy.
