1️⃣ Start by signing up for a free consultation with BizMagic’s CEO, Patti.

2️⃣ On your consultation call, we’ll discuss how to support you, including timelines and a general price if possible. If you don’t know exactly what you need, that’s ok! We’ll talk through everything tech in your business so we can understand what’s working, what’s not, and how we can best help.

3️⃣ We’ll follow up with an official proposal outlining what we’ll do for you, the timeline, and the cost. Once you give the green light, we’ll get your project on the calendar.

4️⃣ You’ll receive an in-depth questionnaire that will help us with any information we need related to your specific project. (We’ll also help guide you to some of those answers if you don’t know them.)

5️⃣ We’ll get to work, doing everything we agreed upon.

6️⃣ We’ll send you a custom video with everything you need to know about what we have just done for you. (You’ll also receive written documentation of this information with links when applicable.)

7️⃣ From there, you have access to us for 2 weeks following this service to ask any questions and get clarification on your finished project.

  • This is a fully custom service, so during our conversation together we’ll figure out what you need. You may be reaching out to migrate from one platform to another, to help design your entire tech stack from scratch, to simply do a systems audit — whatever the reason, that is exactly what this service is for.

  • It really does! A lot of times, platforms are created to support specific types of businesses. You don’t want to use an e-commerce platform designed for selling physical products when you’re only selling digital. You’ll end up paying for a lot of features you won’t use and missing important features that you need.

    Additionally, we all process information differently, have varying relationships with technology (love, hate, love/hate), and cater to different customers and clients. When the technology we choose complements that, it is a game changer.

    It’s like the difference between feeding an orchid regular houseplant food and food created for orchids. The orchid will survive off of general houseplant food, but it will thrive when it’s given food designed to work with its specific nutritional needs.

  • It will depend on what your needs are. But it could be anywhere from two weeks to over a month. We’ll discuss timelines on our consultation call.

  • Because this is a custom service, the cost is as well. The smallest packages tend to be small platform migrations and they can start around $600.
