Mission
BizMagic is a Virtual Business Management and Support Agency that assists and empowers female entrepreneurs who are doing good in this world by easing the frustration and overwhelm of running the back-end of their business so that they can focus on creating impact and doing what they love in both their business and personal life.
Vision
Our vision is to generate positive impact on women throughout the world by raising up and equipping female entrepreneurs with the help and tools needed to successfully and enjoyably run their socially and culturally responsible businesses.
Core Values

We believe all humans are equal and deserve access to opportunities and benefits no matter their status, origin, experience, circumstance, gender, race, ethnicity, ability, or preferences. We have zero-tolerance for disrespect of any kind against another human and will do everything in our power to ensure we offer opportunities to both clients and team members to help them grow, learn, and excel in business so long as they have a goal to do good in this world. While we tend to work primarily with women, we are open to all people both as clients and team members when they are great fits and in alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
We believe Black Lives Matter, Love is Love, No Human is Illegal, and Women’s Rights are Human Rights. We work best with solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and small businesses who share and act on this same belief.
Education and Growth
We know that only through consistent education and growth are we able to stay at the top of our game in the online business industry. We admit that we don't know everything and turn to coaches, course creators, trainers, and mentors to continuously learn the newest and most important platforms, strategies, trends, and movements to keep our team and clients on the cutting edge of online tech and business. Our team members are provided with continuous learning opportunities to advance their skills based on their passions and we regularly demonstrate platforms and systems using video tutorials for all of our clients so they never feel lost or confused.
Clarity
We strive for clear communication at all times with regard to our projects, clients, team members, successes, mistakes, and processes. We will always meet clients where they are at with their knowledge, answering their questions in ways that make sense to them, and will always explain each step of our processes as we go.
Individuality
We celebrate each person's uniqueness at BizMagic. We encourage team members to show up as they are and express themselves in ways that make them feel safe, supported, and the best versions of themselves. We support our clients in showing up authentically in their businesses by helping to hone and convey their messages and services in ways that feel most aligned with who they are as opposed to who they should be.
Impact
We are here to do our part in making this world a better place. To achieve that, we listen to, support, and encourage all women to do what they love and are best at when they show up in the world. We create impact by enabling and amplifying others as they do their part. We also choose to donate as we are able to socially and culturally conscious movements, organizations, and charities.
