Retainer Packages:
We offer retainer packages that start at $1000/mo. Included in those packages are all the services listed on our Virtual Business Management & Support Services page, plus many other needs you likely have.
The cost of your monthly retainer will depend on your needs and will be decided through a consultation call with us. After learning about your business and together figuring out the ways we can help you and how much you want to get done on a monthly basis, we will let you know what the cost will be for us to help bring that relief to your business.
As we continue our partnership, there may be periods where your needs change, requiring a bit more or a bit less than usual. We are here for that! Just let us know and we’ll adjust as needed.
Retainers require a 3-month commitment paid monthly, with the first month considered a trial period.
What’s it Like to Work With BizMagic?
When you join us as a Client at BizMagic, here’s what you can expect:
First you’ll have a consultation and we’ll each decide if we’re a good fit.
If the answer is a resounding “yes!” you’ll receive a contract, intake form, welcome packet, and first invoice.
You will be introduced to your Client Manager via email, who will be your main point of contact and the person who will lead the charge to get all of your projects and tasks completed perfectly and on time.
Next you’ll have a 60-minute Strategy Session with your Client Manager and BizMagic’s CEO, Patti Meyer. There we’ll discuss and strategize your priorities, timelines, and a plan of action. We’ll leave the meeting ready to hit the ground running.
And that’s it — we get to work clearing your plate, taking over the tedious and specialized tasks, putting systems into place, and creating more time for you to do the things that matter most to you in you business (and your personal life).
