WHAT IS A SYSTEMS AUDIT?

It’s an assessment of all of your current systems (or online platforms or tools you’re using) in your business, followed by specific recommendations for tools that could be more effective and efficient in your business as well as suggestions for implementing them.

HOW DOES A SYSTEMS AUDIT WORK AND WHY SHOULD YOU GET ONE?

The way the back-end of your business runs can be critical to your success. Having the right platforms, tools, and systems set up and running can save you valuable time and bring in more revenue.

In a BizMagic System Audit, you’ll answer some questions about your business, the resources you’re currently using, and a few other things so we can get a great feel for what you do and what systems would support you the best.

You’ll then meet with BizMagic’s CEO, Patti Meyer, for a 30-minute Zoom call to talk more in depth about your business and discuss where you’d like to see your business as it grows.

We will then work behind the scenes to review and assess your platforms and how you’re currently using them, comparing them to other options that may work better for where you are and where you want to be in your business.

After the review is complete, you’ll receive:

  • Written and video explanations of recommended replacements, upgrades, and additions to your current systems. Explanations include:

    • Names, descriptions, and prices of recommended platforms as well as alternative options when available

    • Links to all platforms

  • A written roadmap of how to integrate all platforms together (and in which recommended order in case you’re not ready to add everything in at once).

You’ll then have the option to meet one more time with Patti to go over any questions you may have and discuss possibilities of BizMagic implementing your new systems for you.

By the end, you will have a clear idea of what systems would best benefit
your business and an implementation strategy for them.
