HOW DOES A SYSTEMS AUDIT WORK AND WHY SHOULD YOU GET ONE?

The way the back end of your business runs can be critical to your success. Having the right platforms, tools, and systems set up and running can save you valuable time and bring in more revenue.

In a BizMagic System Audit, you’ll answer some questions about your business, the resources you’re currently using, and a few other things so we can get a great feel for what you do and what systems would support you the best.

First, you’ll have an initial session with our BizMagic Platform Pro where you’ll answer any additional questions about your business and discuss where you’d like to see your business as it grows, and you’ll give us access to the necessary platforms.

We will then work behind the scenes while you go about your day to review and assess your platforms and how you’re currently using them, comparing them to other options that may work better for where you are and where you want to be in your business.

After the review is complete, you’ll receive:

• Recommendations for replacements, upgrades, and/or additions to your current systems. Explanations include:

  • Ways to better optimize the systems you’re currently using.

  • Names, descriptions, and prices of recommended platforms as well as alternative options when available

  • Links to all platforms

• A written roadmap of how to implement and integrate all platforms together (and in which recommended order in case you’re not ready to add everything in at once).
