    • You don’t need to send emails everyday, or even every month. You just need a place to keep anyone interested in hearing from you so you can reach out to them quickly and easily any time you’d like.

  3. CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

    • This can be something as simple as a spreadsheet or as in-depth as a paid online platform that has lots of bells and whistles to track and manage potential, current, and past clients in your business. Having this can be critical in ensuring you never “leave money on the table.”

  4. Online Presence

    • While websites can be a great tool to show off all about you and your services, they are not fully necessary to be successful. However, you DO want to have someplace online where you can quickly and easily direct people to learn more about your business, your experience, and what you have to offer (and to sign up for your email list or schedule themselves with your online scheduler)

  • 60-minute Zoom Strategy Session

  • Email Marketing (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or ActiveCampaign only)

    • Back-end set up of platform – including all necessary business information and branding

    • Upload of current contacts (if applicable. contacts must already be cleaned and in spreadsheet or CSV)

    • Add up to 3 tags/lists as needed

    • Set up of up to 2 email automations/sequences that include up to 4 emails each (don’t know what this means? we’ll help you)

      • This includes creating rules and conditions to organize new contacts per specifications

    • Set up of one newsletter template with branding (template designed by us)

    • Set up of 1 opt-in form

    • Integrate email platform with up to 2 other platforms (website, scheduler, CRM, etc.)

    • Video tour of email platform and tutorial on how to do all the things needed to keep it working

  • Scheduler (Acuity or Calendly)

    • Back-end set up of platform – including all necessary business information and branding

    • Set up of up to 3 appointment types

    • Set up of confirmation and reminder emails

    • Availability/schedule set up

    • Syncing of calendar

    • Integrate scheduler with up to 2 other platforms (website, CRM, email marketing, etc.)

    • Video tour of email platform and tutorial on how to do all the things needed to keep it working

  • CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

    • Back-end set up of platform – including all necessary business information and branding

    • Prepare and establish all settings for smooth function of system

    • Add up to 50 contacts into CRM

    • Set up any tags, categories, etc. as needed

    • Integrate CRM with up to 2 other platforms (website, scheduler, email marketing, etc.)

    • Video tour of email platform and tutorial on how to do all the things needed to keep it working

    • ***If you are not ready for a full CRM, you will be provided with a great CRM template to use in Airtable (free platform) with full instructions on how to utilize it

  • Online Presence

    • Set up or assessment and refreshing of one online presence page (about.me page, Facebook page, LinkedIn profile, One-sheet PDF, etc.)

      • You will be answering a questionnaire that will provide BizMagic with all the information needed to guide you toward putting the most impactful information onto your page/profile

    • ***If you have decided that you are ready for your online presence to be a website, you will have an option to have an hour-long website strategy session with BizMagic’s CEO, Patti Meyer, in lieu of the one page set up.

+What is not included in this offer?

  • Copywriting, proofreading, or editing of written content
  • Website design
  • The cost of any platforms
  • Ongoing management or maintenance of platforms

While these are not included in this package, they are available at an extra cost. You can inquire during your strategy session for more information.

+What are the additional costs of the platforms?

The additional costs of the platforms depend on the platform and the level. The options we've outlined on this page all have free options. We encourage you to look at the platforms mentioned on this page and review their pricing pages to explore all of their features at different price levels. If you aren't sure what features you'll need, we can talk all about that during your strategy session!

+How long does the systems set-up take?

Once we've had our strategy session and received all of the information we require from you, we can get the systems set up in as little as a week. We'll let you know during the stratey session what the timeline will be.

+What if I don't need all of these systems set up?

That is totally ok! Go to the contact page on the website and set up a free Exploratory call to talk about where you're at and get a quote for whatever systems you specifically need set up. We're here to meet you where you are!

+What if I'm ready for a full website?

If you're ready to jump into having a full website, then instead of us creating one online presence page, you can opt for a website strategy meeting with BizMagic's CEO and Web Designer, Patti Meyer. In that meeting, you'll brainstorm and learn the best items to include in your specific website and what kind of structure would work best for you business, as well as some tips on SEO management (and what SEO is if you don't know). You'll also be given a quote on having your site built by BizMagic, should you decide to work with us further.

You have enough to think about as you start your new business, setting up your systems doesn’t have to be one of them.
