SO WHAT IS A BIZMAGIC VIP DAY?
A BizMagic VIP day is a single-day* setup of an online business platform and is an ideal solution for entrepreneurs who want to get their businesses up and running quickly and efficiently.
It eliminates the frustration and overwhelm of trying to figure out the best platforms for your specific business, and provides the support and expertise you need to get your business tech up and running. This gives you the confidence and freedom to focus on what matters most—following your passion and growing your business.
To get started, you’ll choose the platform(s) you need set up quickly and efficiently and then schedule a consultation call so we can do a quick assessment of your systems, and provide you with a detailed price. Then, together, we’ll schedule your VIP Day.
You’ll be given some homework leading up to the VIP Day, such as signing up for the necessary platform(s), answering some questions, and gathering any important information for the setup.
On the day itself, you start in the morning at a live strategy session via Zoom with your BizMagic Online Platform Expert who will go over the final details of your needs, go over all of the information you submitted, and ask and answer any questions.
Then we’ll go to work and set up your system to the specifications we discussed while you do…whatever the heck you want to do!
You’ll end the day** with a live tour of your new platform via Zoom where your BizMagic Online Platform Expert will answer any questions and show you how to hit the ground running.
And just like, you’re up and running.
*While the platform setup happens in a single scheduled day, you will be required to do pre-work prior to the VIP Day itself to ensure we have everything we need to get your system working smoothly!
**Some VIP Days will be full (about 8 hours) and some will be half (about 4 hours) depending on the platform and scale.

Live Strategy Zoom Call
Talk through everything you want and need in your new platform live with a BizMagic Online Platform Expert.
Account Creation
In most cases, we may ask you to create the accounts ahead of time, but we are happy to do initial creation as long as you remain available for personal information input as needed.
Platform Settings Management
We comb through every setting in the back end of your new platform to ensure it is fully optimized to do everything your unique business needs it to do!
Implementation of Business Branding
Your new platform will look like it was made just for you! We add your logo, brand colors, fonts, signatures, images, etc. to your new platform as relevant.
Full Main Setup of Platform
Once all the basic options and settings are taken care of, we dive into the main show—building out your new system with everything you need! Email platform? We’ll add your contacts, and set up your forms, tags, lists, and email templates. Business Management Solution? We'll set up your contract, invoice, and proposal templates, add your contacts, and set up your scheduler. You get the gist—we do the stuff you really paid us to do!
Live Zoom Tour and Recording
After we’re all done, you’ll get on a call one more time with your BizMagic Online Platform Expert to be shown the ropes of your new platform. They’ll answer any and all of your questions to be sure you are ready to use your platform as soon as we sign off. You’ll receive a recording of your live tour so you can reference it again and again as needed.
1 Week Voxer Access
For the first week after your VIP Day, you’ll receive unlimited access to your Expert so you can ask any questions that pop up as you use your new system (your Expert will typically be available during standard business hours).
1 Month Email Access
You’ll also have access to our administrative support email for a month after your VIP Day to help troubleshoot and answer any questions you have. We are here to make sure you not only get your system set up, but you know everything you need to know to use it well!
